Hello, my name is Jen

I always say the dental industry found me and sucked me in. It was never part of my original plan, but hey, that is life, right? God's plan. haha I served in the military as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Specialists to return back as a Program Director for a local college which really drove me to love my career in the dental field where I worked with dentists all throughout Illinois and Missouri.  During that time I really learned about the needs and wants of the dentist and dental industry as a whole.  From there, I was led into a PR/Marketing role where I helped take that oral surgeon's office to a multimillion dollar office within my first year continuing to help specialists and dentists grow into whatever revenue goal they want to achieve.  I became really passionate about marketing.  Seeing dental specialists overpay for marketing with little ROI, and marketing agencies who do not understand dentistry, or only one small area of marketing, have all inspired me to provide better marketing services for my clients.  I really started studying marketing, went back to school, taking courses, and reading up and researching everything about business and marketing.  With the encouragement of my former oral surgeon I helped take to a multimillion dollar office, I decided it was time to branch out and serve more dental specialists and dentists, and that is how Eagle Wing Partnering was created.  When I'm not thinking about marketing and dentistry, you can find me being a Mother to two of the BEST kids in the world who are the driving force behind what keeps Eagle Wing Partnering going and thriving.  I love to wake up early every morning, this has become a long time habit, not something I used to love, to get a quick run/workout before the rest of the world.  My morning habits are definitely what keeps my life on schedule and keeps me going. I also love anything that deals with skincare, beauty, and wellness.  OH I have the BEST great dane/lab mix we rescued from the local Shelter.  I love volunteering with kids in need as it's been something I've been doing since highschool and I am beyond passionate about.  I think change starts with our youth, especially those with little resources and in need.  The more you give the more you truly get.  I am also a proud veteran who takes pride in our military men and women coming from both parents who served as well as my Grandpa and many other family members and friends.  I can not wait to partner with you and your practice to watch you fly high, because on Eagle's Wings, you were made to soar.
